| Big Brothers Big Sisters of Leeds & Grenville Hardy Park, Brockville, ON, Canada Brockville 1 - Individuals, 2 - Groups | |
| Prepare, cook and sell fries, poutine, funnel cakes, and deep fried Mars bars | |
| Outside at Hardy Park in Brockville and/or inside food trailer. Wear comfortable clothing, shoes, hat and sunscreen, etc. | |
| Volunteers are required to have AODA and Workplace Violence and Harassment Training (which is provided for free by the agency). Volunteers must also sign a volunteer waiver and participate in a Ribfest Volunteer Information Session before the event. | |
